M/S Armani electrodynamics form Pune manufactures inverters. The batteries used in the inverters require a paste made by mixing various ingredients one of which is sulphuric acid and the mixing has to he done under vacuum.

For the above application M/S. Armani sent an enquiry for sigma mixer cum kneader. TRAXIT observed that in a sigma mixer, the seals are very much in the mixing zone and hence prone to leakage. One ingredient being an acid, leakage could be very harmful and also make the place messy.

With the above in view, TREXIT suggested the use of double planetary vacuum mixer with change can design.

The client is extremely satisfied with the equipment as it handle and with the same amount of raw material used they have been able to get 15% increase in production.
